Looking for a helper who is fine with staying up late

We are a mixed European expat family of 2 adults, 3 kids (15, 14 and 5) and a medium size dog. Main responsibilities: Cleaning (4 bedroom apt) and childcare for 5 y.o. girl after school time. Additional responsibilities: feeding and walking dog, dishwashing, car wash, laundry, some cooking and ironing, and similar housework. We have modern appliances. Accommodation: Utility room with a bathroom, no window, entrance from kitchen. We are looking for a person who: - can respect our privacy and adjust to our needs to ensure it; - can be flexible with timing as my work schedule is changing from day to day; - can stay up late and wake up late; have a longer break during daytime. - can and enjoys reading kids books, do some tutoring and can help with homework; - can use public transport and keep a good walking pace to bring a child to some after-school activities. - enjoys playing inside and outside in a playground; - knows how to use and enjoy their free time, doesn’t mind to go out of the house, when we don’t need you for any chores. We hope you have friends in Singapore and you like to have activities outside the house, like doing fitness or attending some courses. There will be weeks when you have to be babysit late, up to 23:00. It can be 1-4 times a week. But other weeks might be no need for it. We also like to have some privacy and quiet time in mornings and mid-day. In general, you will get an adequate rest time after late babysitting. You will have at least one day off per week. But, we hope that you can be flexible and it can be exchanged or paid, if there is a necessity. We also expect, that you will take a good care of our dog, when we are traveling.
