Looking for a helper good with kids and babies

We are looking for a long term helper who is able to join us immediately. Our current helper has decided to go back to be with her family. She has been with us for 1.5 years.Our Requirements -Good at household work like cleaning, laundry, ironing and grocery shoppingKeeping home neat and tidy. Hygiene and cleanliness is very importantCooks good western and middle eastern dishes. If doesn't know willing to learn. Help with looking after our 6 year old.Good attitude, willing to learn, honest  and cheerful person who can manage household independently.Speaks and understands EnglishWe are Turkish family of 3. In 2 months time we are expecting a baby. Two working adults and one 6 year old kid who is full time at school. Helper will have her own room. Sunday offSalary based on experience.
