Chinese family looking for helper passionate with cooking

Our household is a couple with one child, who will turn 4 in January. We are from China and lived overseas for many years before moving to Singapore in 2019. We plan to have a second child soon and are looking for a helper we can trust for 2-4 years. The main reason we want to hire a helper is to make sure we have healthy meals at regular times. So we are looking for someone passionate about cooking and able to follow recipes well. We like both Western and Asian cooking, and we are happy to try new dishes, but if the helper is good at Chinese cooking (or at least is willing and able to learn), that would be a big plus. We have some experience with meal planning, which we will share with the helper, but we expect her to handle planning and grocery shopping on her own after the first couple of weeks. We hope the helper will be a well-respected auntie to our child. They need to get along well. Every day, we expect about one hour of quality playtime with our 3-year-old in the evening, and we may need the helper to take her to school in the morning. Sometimes, we might need additional childcare when we have work or social plans. When the newborn arrives, the helper's work will increase, but we will make sure she gets enough rest. We live in a 3-bedroom condo, and we expect the helper to do regular cleaning, tidying, laundry, and a small amount of ironing. There is a room and toilet for the helper next to the kitchen. We will be thoughtful and responsible employers, offering a good job for the helper. In return, we expect the helper to bring positive energy so that together, we can create a happy home for ourselves and our children. Number of family members: 2 adults, one 3-year-old. Elderly parents may visit from overseas (extended stay only expected if there is a newborn). Type of house & location: Condo, West Coast Living arrangement: A separate room and toilet Off day: Sundays Curfew time on off days: Leave at 7 am and return by 9 pm (can discuss); no overnight stays. Public holidays: Perhaps some—can be negotiated. No pets at the moment, but we want to keep a small pet an option open.
