Looking for a fun, energetic 2nd helper to join our family

We are a busy family of 6 with both parents working and 4 beautiful children: 3 boys (7yo, 5yo 2yo) and our newest addition of a baby girl (5 months old).

We already have a great, very friendly Filipino helper working with us, who has successfully worked in a team of 2 before, so we are looking for a second helper to work as equal pairing.

Key aspects about this opportunity 

• Flexible on off-day. We offer 4 days off per month, but may need you to work alternate Sundays having Saturday off instead

• Potential to share a room with the other helper or could have own room, depending on our new condo layout, although you will have space outside for you to have meals and relax outside work time
• Fairly sharing all duties with the other helper: planning and cooking meals for children and adults, shopping and marketing for food and household items, caring for baby including bottle feeding and weaning to introduce soft foods, taking 2 yo to preschool and activities, organising play dates after school, laundry, ironing, cleaning and general tidying and organisation of apartment (4 bed condo), some evening babysitting when they are asleep.

About you:

• Experience caring for babies from 6 months and looking after children up to 8 years old
• Enjoy actively and creatively playing with young children (2-8 years old)
• Previous experience (5+ years) with expat families in Singapore, with references and we can speak with your former employers.
• Safety focused, first aid course (we will arrange refresher) and comfortable being in the pool with children
• Good attention to detail and pride in keeping a tidy, organised household
