Expat Family w/ 2 Kids - Good Heart Helper Cooks Well

We are an expat family of four: Sir (British), Ma'am (Chinese), and two children (3 yrs, 1.5 yrs). 

We live in a three-room condo in the City Centre.

Looking for a positive, honest, proactive Filipino helper with a good heart joining us end Dec or early Jan

Main responsibilities are outlined below; life is too complicated to be listed, and an open mind and thinking for each other like a family are more valuable:

• Take care of the kids when they are at home (they go to school 8am-6pm weekdays)
• Cook for the kids, sending and fetching to school, bathing, and playing with them.
• Good cooking skill, cook for adults once a day maximum (can do meal plan and follow recipe will be a plus).
• General house cleaning (floor, bathroom, dedusting etc.) - high cleaning standard as the kids have allergies
• Tidy and organised
• Good English, can read books for the kids
• Work independently as we do not micromanage

What we offer:

• $650-$900 salary, 4 rest days per month, Christian public holidays (Easter, Christmas)
• Year-end bonus, Birthday present and trip back home every year when we travel back to the UK
• We treat our helper with respect and love (we bought our helper's kids a laptop when knowing her children had to study on the phone during Covid; similarly, our helper is willing to help on some Sundays when we need extra help)
• You have your own room + bathroom; you choose to sleep with a kid or in your own room (our current helper sleeps with my son because she wants to :)).
