Local Chinese Family looking for local transfer helper

We are a local Chinese family of 5, including 3 teenage children, all independen, staying in a 5 bedrooms condo. No pets. No elderly. 
 

Job scope and expectations:

Good in house cleaning, laundry and ironing and able to plan own work schedule. Able to handle  cook independently, prefer Chinese, Asian, Western and Italian food. 
 

We offer:

Monthly salary $800-$900, depends on experience, with every Sunday and PH off. 
Will have own room and bathroom. WiFi access.
