Live-in Nanny/Helper

Hi, We are looking for a nanny/helper for our family. We have a 20 month old baby girl. She is everything for us and to be honest I am a little bit picky about the nanny. I am expecting helper  to plan and organize baby's schedule, playing educational games. Prepare different games for her. And always be patient and cheerful to her. We will be always be kind to the nanny, she will be one of our family members but I will not accept any bad behivours or laziness. I am also expect her to clean and organize the house. We also like to play and take time with our baby so she will have time to clean the house. I am cooking mediteranian and I can teach her how to cook. I am not always expect nanny to cook but if we need her to cook or if our baby needs something she should prepare. I do not like the person who is making things slowly. I am expecting her to be quick to do things but carefully. Thank you.
