Korean family looking for honest and responsible helper

We are a Korean family of 4, a quiet couple, one polite teenage daughter, and one active son. We live in 3beds condo. Your duties would be as follows: 

Prepare a simple breakfast

Pack school lunch boxes and snacks (2pax)

Pick up my son from school (by public)

Go grocery shopping (if needed/twice a week)

Clean house

Laundary and ironing

Drop off/Pick up my son from tuition centre (by public)

Prepare snacks after school

Prepare family dinner

*We welcome mature and generous lady who is comfortable with an active 10y boy and is both healthy in mind and body. The ideal date to join with us is at the end of December but can be wait a few weeks.
