Korean family looking for honest and responsible helper

We are a Korean family of 4, a quiet couple, a polite teenage daughter, and an active son. My husband and I both work and we live in 3beds condo. Your duties daily are as follows: 

1. Prepare a simple breakfast
2. Pack school lunch boxes and snacks (2pax)
3. Drop off/Pick up my son at school (by public)
4. Go grocery shopping (if needed/twice a week)
5. Clean house
6. Laundary and ironing
7. Drop off/Pick up my son from tuition (Thursday, Friday/by public)
8. Prepare snacks after school
9. Prepare family dinner

*We welcome mature lady who is comfortable with an active 10y boy and is both healthy in mind and body. The ideal date to join with us is September 28th, but can be wait a few weeks.
