Japanese family looking for caregiver for handicapped girl

We are a family of 4 members:  husband (Korean), wife (Japanese), daughter of 17 years old with multiple disabilities, and son of 14 years old.

We are currently looking for a domestic helper who is good at caring and nursing the handicapped and do house cleaning, washing, and other household stuff as needed. We like cooking, hence, no or little need for cooking except when the wife is out of town due to business travel. The handicapped daughter does't attend school or Day Activity Center, hence, this domestic helper is expected to develop and execute daily activity program for her such as going outside, walking practice, toileting, eating support, activity such as swimming, and massage/stretch. As for household work, the domestic helper is expected to do house cleaning, loundry, dish/cookware washing, and grocery shopping as needed. 

We will be able to offer separate helper room if desired. The offer will include monthly salary and meal allowance, necessary expense will be provided separately depending on the purpose.
