Japanese Family looking for helper

Family Members: 2 adults, 2 children (9-year-old girl and 7-year-old boy)
Sleeping Arrangement: Shelter room next to the kitchen
House Type: 3-bedroom house
Number of Bathrooms: 2
Working Hours: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM (with a 2-hour break in between)
Number of Off Days: 1 to 4 days (flexible)
Main Duties:
1. Housekeeping:
- Keep the house clean and tidy. Attention to detail is crucial to maintain a spotless environment.
- Vacuum and mop all rooms, including hidden areas, twice a day.
- Ensure closets and drawers are organized and tidy.
2. Cooking:
- Prepare breakfast, lunch boxes for the kids in the morning, and dinner.
- Learn new recipes from the family and the internet. Option to attend cooking classes if interested.
- A passion for cooking and willingness to experiment with new dishes is a plus.
3. Dishwashing:
- Wash dishes and ensure all dried dishes are put back in place.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
4. Beverage Preparation:
- Prepare tea and ensure ice is ready at all times.
- Keep the beverage area clean and well-stocked.
5. Laundry:
- Wash clothes, ensuring colored clothes are washed separately using a net.
- Iron certain clothes as needed.
- Pay attention to fabric care instructions to maintain clothing quality.
6. Bathroom and Toilet Cleaning:
- Clean bathrooms and toilets regularly.
- Ensure all areas are sanitized and fresh.
7. Childcare:
- Send and pick up kids from home to school every weekday or once a week.
- Accompany kids to various tuition centers by bus, train, or taxi almost every day.
- Monitor kids while they do their study tasks (no need to teach).
- Be punctual and reliable in managing the children’s schedules.
8. Grocery Shopping:
- Shop for groceries from FairPrice nearby and Don Don Donki at Novena.
- Manage and report petty cash properly.
- Keep track of household supplies and restock as needed.
9. Miscellaneous:
- Maintain electric devices nice and clean
- Clean shoes and the shoe box.
- Keep your own room clean and tidy.
- Be proactive in identifying and addressing household needs.
