Indian family looking for helper

We are looking for a helper to join our family. Both ma'am and Sir work in the day time. One child goes to school, the other doesn't. Grandparents will come over to help. Your main role is to do the cooking and housework and childcare when ma'am and Sir are back. Will be great if you know Indian cooking. Must be able to work fast, independently and with initiative.
