Indian family looking for Tranfer Filipino Helper

Hello! We are an Indian family of 3 (husband, wife and 18 month old toddler), looking for a Filipino Transfer helper as a second helper to join us. We live in a 2 storey landed house. Key responsibilities will be: 

• Cooking - we need someone with good cooking skills and experience in Western and Asian food, some knowledge and experience of Indian cooking will be useful but not essential. Willing to learn new recipes. Someone who can confidently cook independently, and plan menus, groceries etc. We are non-vegetarians and eat everything. 
• Cleaning - good, high-quality cleaning and organising skills with attention to detail.
• Household chores like watering plants, sweeping garden etc.
• Occasionally we will also need some Toddler care support

The other helper is also Filipino and mainly handles toddler care, laundry and ironing. She is very soft spoken, kind and helpful - easy to get along with. 

Someone who is hardworking, sincere, honest, proactive, with strong English communication and good time management skills will be a good fit for us.
