Indian family looking for helper

We are an Indian family of 3 - 2 adults and 1 child. We are in need of a helper to join us, main requirement should enjoy cooking different cuisines and baking. We are non-vegetarians. Need the person to be responsible and take intiative. As we both are working she should be able to do the house work without much supervision. 

Someone who is gentle, kind and honest and can manage cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, meal planning.

We have a separate room for the helper.
