Indian family looking for helper

We are a family of 4. Both me and my husband are working full time. Our elder one is 8 year old and younger one is 3 months. We are Indians, we prefer eating balanced healthy meals- different cuisines. We are looking for a helper who os cheerfull, has good communication skills, is kind with the children, trustworthy and honest. We believe in gentle parenting and we want a helper who is very patient and gentle
