Indian family looking for helper for to-be born baby

We are looking for a caring and family oriented helper for our baby who is due early next year. We currently have a filipino helper who is part of the family and takes care of our 2+ year old son, and we would need another helper to care for the new born once it arrives. My husband and I both work full time. Your primary responsibility will be to care for the baby initially and help with household work/cooking as the baby grows.
