Indian employer looking for a second helper

Start date: December or January 2025
Second helper to care for 3-year-old child. 

Your primary role would be to take care of our 3 year old toddler, who goes to school and share housework with our second helper. Our second helper take care of the baby. 

Responsibilities: 
- Taking care of our toddler including preparing his lunchbox in the mornings, getting him ready for school, engaging with him after school, taking him to after school activities, arranging play dates, etc. 
-General housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, ironing), working together with the second helper 
- Cooking and meal preparation independently
- Grocery shopping and running errands (occasionally)
- Taking care of baby (occasionally)
