Helper for reasonable family of 2 adults & 2 kids

TLDR: 2 adults + 2 children, general housekeeping + cooking, reasonable & honest, no dietary restrictions, psychologically mature, physically fit, able to learn, English OR Chinese, ex SG, TW or HK, transfer from SG

We are a family of 2 parents & 2 girls. The girls are 4 & 6 yo. There is usually at least one parent at home. There is little need for the helper to take care of the girls but she may need to help them pack for school and play with them sometimes.

We are reasonable people and intend to treat the helper fairly as a fellow human being. We want to find someone who is psychologically mature, physically fit, honest, trustworthy and reasonable. She will need to learn and do the routine tasks as well as take the initiative to do what is necessary without micromanagement from us.

We need the helper to mainly help with general housekeeping & cooking. The household cleaning is to be done mainly with the assistance of a wet vacuum robot and a dishwasher; there will be minimal manual sweeping, mopping and dishwashing.

She would need to be willing and able to cook and eat the foods we typically cook in the household, which includes pork, beef, chicken and seafood. (Dietary restrictions against any of these would not be feasible.) We will be teaching her the dishes and cooking style we want.

We are bilingual and she would need to communicate well enough in English OR Chinese.

She also needs to have experience in housekeeping in SG, TW or HK. We also most likely needs her to be already in SG so that she can start work within a few weeks.

We favor candidates who have an employment histories containing previous jobs that lasted 2 years or longer; we are wary of employment histories with frequent job changes though on a case-by-cases basis there may be good reasons.

For sleeping at night, she will have a small room that contains a small bed.
