Helper for Australian family with newborn twins

We have 3 month old twin girls and a 3yo daughter. We prefer knowledge of both English and Mandarin, even if one is basic. We would want someone experienced with care of young children. while sharing the cooking and cleaning is important, our highest priorty is the care of our children. We are an Australian family with Chinese Singaporean Ahma who visits often. The house is 3 bedroom, 4 storey shophouse in the East Coast.
