Helper for Australian family with newborn twins

We are looking for a second helper in our household as we have newborn twin girls and a 3yo daughter. We prefer knowledge of both English and Mandarin, even if one is basic. Helper would have to be ok to share the same bedroom (normal sized room, not small maid's room) with our current helper (Indonesian Muslim). We would want someone experienced with care of young children as while sharing the cooking and cleaning is important our highest priorty is the care of our children. We are an Australian family on EP with Chinese Singaporean Ahma who visits often. The house is 3 bedroom, 4 storey shophouse in the East Coast.
