German Indian family looking for helper

Hi, we are a German Indian couple with a 13 month old baby and a 5 year old small dog. 

The primary responsibility for the helper who works for us would be cooking, house work, assist in caring for the baby and dog.  

We are looking for helper with below qualities -   

English communication - Can understand, speak, read and write in English well (important when instructions are given in person/via WhatsApp or recipe blogs are shared)  

Good cook and interest in cooking - is used to baking/roasting vegetables/fish/meat in the oven. Can make warm salads, follow written blog recipes, experience in meal planning is a bonus.   

Experienced in infant care and dog care - our one year old goes to daycare for few hours in the week day so helper just needs to assist in meal planning/cooking/feeding in the morning and evening for the child, and playing/baby sitting during the weekend or days when baby is at home. Dog walking for short toilet break outside- 3 times a day.   

Overall we’re looking for a calm, homely, honest person to join the family. we’re looking for someone who has completed long contracts (i.e stable employment history) and can provide previous employment reference.
