Filipino family looking for helper

We are a Filipino family of 3 looking for a helper who can mainly help us take care of our newborn baby, do our household chores, and cook good food for us. We prefer to have a female helper that's computer literate and who can easily pick up how to use gadgets and other techy stuff. It would be a plus if you're Ilocano. We also would like to have someone who is very honest and open to their employer. It would be great if she has a good sense of humor.
