Family with 2 children looking for experienced helper

We are a Singaporean-French family with a 9-year-old daughter and a 5-year-old son.
We are looking for a domestic helper who meets the following criteria:
- Speaks good English
- Past experience as a domestic helper in Singapore
- Has experience looking after pre-schoolers and school-going children, and is confident and good around them
- Able to keep the apartment clean and tidy
- Able to cook for us and plan what to cook by herself
- Able to do grocery shopping on her own
- Able to work with minimal guidance and displays strong initiative
Would prefer someone with no dietary restrictions, for convenience.
