We are work-going adults and need help to care for children at home. Child Safety is our top priority.Our helper should be: proactive, initiative, kind-hearted, humble, focused when doing work and sincere to employers.Vice versa, we as employers will be kind-hearted, humane, thoughtful of our helper's needs and conscientiously help them in any way.Salary is reasonable according to MOM guidelines.2 compulsory Off-days are given for helper to socialise and spend time with close friends and loved ones.Every paperwork is according to MOM guidelines and within the law.Nationality is not a concern for us as long as the above mentioned can be fulfilled.
