Family of 4 with 2 children looking for a domestic helper

We are an American / Australian family of 4; 2 children ages 7 and 10. We are looking for someone to primarily manager the groceries,  cooking, cleaning, laundry and ironing. Some childcare, eg taking youngest child to/from school and activities. not the main focus as the kids are in school. 

Must have experience in cooking estern food and being able to follow recipes. 

Keeping the home clean and staying on top of laundry and ironing is also very important. 
 

must be able to provide at least 2 references of past employers.
