Family of 3 looking for helper

Family of 3 with an 8+ year old boy living in a townhouse in central Singapore. We are looking for someone to help with all round housekeeping (cooking, cleaning, laundry). Good food hygiene and good cooking skills will be preferred (Western and Chinese), we can teach you some dishes ourselves. We are involved parents and only need some support with childcare. The helper has her own personal space (room and toilet). We are experienced employers who just had a long term helper leave due to urgent family commitments. A helper who is patient, honest and organised will be a good fit for the household. Ages 30-38 will be ideal. We need somebody with a consent letter from current employer and who can join us soon (mid April to mid May 2025). 

I am only looking for applicants in Singapore with work experience here and who have a consent letter (or consent) from their employer and can transfer directly without an agent.
