A family of three looking for helpers

Hello, I am looking for a pickup assistant with housekeeping and cooking and experience in caring for young children. We are Singaporean Chinese with 3 people in our family - sir, madam and 21 month old boy. Main responsibilities include: 1. Internal affairs management. I live in a level 2 HDB. — The most important 2. Cooking. Mostly weeknight dinners and little boy meals. 3. Take care of my son. He goes to full-time daycare. Because we took care of him ourselves, little help was needed, but it was important for the helper to like the child. 4. May need to pick up boys from school 5. Hygiene and cleanliness are very important Other qualities to prioritize: 1. Ability to plan meals and do marketing or grocery shopping. We are not fussy about food but would like variety. 2. Have the patience and energy to manage, entertain and chase active toddlers. Helpers can take short breaks when work is done or when there is free time. We can discuss flexibly but don't want to use the phone at work. Phones are available in case of an emergency or when work is done and a break is taken. Cell phones should not be used all the time when in contact with children. We need helpers to be vigilant about safety and participation. We provide: 1. 4 days off per month, religious holidays and birthdays off. Discuss flexibly. If you are off work, you can rest at home and don't go out. I wouldn't expect you to do housework. 2. An undisturbed rest space at night. We don't have a spare room just for the helper but the helper will share with me the baby room which I need during the day as we store his clothes, diapers etc in it. At night he sleeps with our parents and we don't need the help of a helper. The servants have their own beds and wardrobes to use and do not need to share them with the boys.
