Family of 3 is looking for helper

Family of 3 (2 adults and 1 toddler) is looking for a helper to join in early February to take care of household chores and look after a toddler. We're living in a condo in CBD.    The helper must be currently in Singapore, about to finish contract or transfer with good reasons. Loving kids (most important), speaking good English, able to cook Asian/Western dishes (baking is plus) high standard of hygiene.
