Expat family looking for a full time local transfer helper

We are an expat family of 4, including 2 young kids and 2 working parents. My son is 3y9m and my daughter is 6mo. We live in a 4br condo in River Valley.

We are hoping to find someone to help us mind the kids, cook and clean, and manage all other household chores independently and proactively. Other work may include: laundry, ironing, marketing, gardening, car wash, etc. 

A good cook, hardworking and meticulous person that takes pride of her work and has attention to details. We can provide recipes and work schedule for you to follow. But we would also appreciate self initiated learning, menu suggestions and work schedule adjustment to optimize your time and efficiency. Communication is important and we appreciate honest feedback and suggestions. 

We are a happy family that believes in treating our helper fairly. We appreciate professional working attitude and would reward self motivated good work. If you treat our family as your own, and take care of our family matters as diligently as yours, we would care for and respect you as family. We would like someone that truly loves children, enjoys taking care of our kids and managing the whole household. 

Our helper will have her own spacious room and a newly renovated bathroom in her own separate part of the condo.

Requirements:

1. Stable working history with at least 2-3 renewal with the same family in the past;
2. No frequent change of jobs
3. Already in Singapore and confirm can be released
4. Can provide reference letter /contact details from previous/current employer.
