East Coast family helper

We are looking for a helper to support a family of four. Our two girls are currently four and half and two and a half. We live in the East Coast and expect to stay in this part of town. 

Both parents work and both children go to school so the role would be focused on after school care, cleaning and cooking. Our children prefer to be outdoors in the park rather than inside. We value honesty and open communication. A good command of English is useful to ensure we understand each other. Being able to cycle and swim is a plus. A reference from a past employer is necessary to be considered for this role.
