Chinese/German Family of 4 looking for helper

Please read carefully to spare us both some time and headache.

 

We are a family of four, German dad, Chinese mom, 5 year old girl and 4 weeks old baby girl. Mum and dad work full-time.

We are looking for a helper with the following qualifications:

• be able to handle babies (recent experience is absolutely mandatory, your last employer did not have a baby? Please do not reach out)
• being able to play with both children, especially the 5 year old. Bring her to places, have fun. (best would be someone sportive, who knows events and places to bring the 5 year old - she loves sport)
• be able to swim (mandatory, being able to go to the pool with the 5 year old and having lots of fun is mandatory)
• be able to follow recipes and cookbooks - mandatory - if we provide you a recipe, you are able to cook it. We also expect to get a menu presented on Saturday evening for the whole next week (you find recipes based on our taste and make recommendations)
• your constant challenge will be to find food our 5 year old daughter likes and eats!
• do the required grocery shopping independently 
• clean the house and keep it tidy
• every day pick up the daughter from school and bring her home, play with her at school
• mandatory - you need to be very experienced with kids and a funny/open-minded person who is able to entertain kids (paint, draw, play games, make play dates, etc.)
• Phone usage: we expect you to use your phone only when we ask something or at night after working hours. When you are out with the kid(s), your focus is on them
• no social media with our kids (no pictures, no TikTok dances with them), you can do social media on you day off
• hygiene - I expect a proper hygiene, e.g. when you come home you wash your hands first
