Chinese Family with Ah Gong

We are a Christian family with 2 daughters, below 7 years old, and 1 ah gong. Ah gong had a stroke and cannot really talk. But he is independent at home and can feed himself, go toilet and move around at home by himself. He needs help with tasks like showering/cleaning, changing and pushing wheelchair when outside. Ah gong cannot be alone at home so we need a live-in helper.
I am a stay-at-home mum so I look after my girls, may just need a bit of support.
We hired our first helper when ah gong fell sick and she stayed with us for 6 years (2012-2018) before returning home to get engaged. Our current helper came in 2018 and is still with us. We are wanting to let her return home to her 5 children soon.
We need a helper who can help with daily house chores, including cooking and cleaning. Most important is willingness to help with ah gong.
