Chinese Family looking for Helper that is Elderly-friendly

Primary Care would be for my elderly mother, my sister, my son and myself.

All of us are pretty much adults already so the typical housekeeping and the occasional cooking would do just fine.

Prefer an individual that can speak mandarin/ hokkien as my elderly mother only speaks those/
