Chinese Family Looking for another helper

Greetings,

We're a family of six (including our current helper), looking for a second domestic helper who is from the Philippines, passionate about childcare, and possesses a loving heart and an abundance of patience. Our family consists of two working parents, our oldest girl who is seven, a four-year-old boy, and our youngest boy who is three years old. We have cats at home as well.nbsp;

Our home is a bustling 4-room HDB and our children are energetic, fun-loving, and very close to each other. Both the oldest and middle child have speech delays, but they are not on the autism spectrum. They attend more than one school due to their speech therapy needs.

We currently have a dedicated helper who has been with us for almost three years, and we plan to retain her services indefinitely. We want to bring in another helper to share the workload, especially since our children's schooling needs have increased.

Our main expectation from you will be the care of our children, which is our top priority. Alongside that, general household chores will also be part of your duties. We ask that our helpers are not overly reliant on their phones during work hours.

If you join our family, you'll be sharing a room with our current helper who is open and happy about this arrangement.

Our ideal helper is someone who is bubbly, fun-loving, positive, and caring. We want someone who can work independently when we're not at home, someone proactive, and eager to learn and adapt. Importantly, we want our helper to aid in teaching our children to be independent by helping them learn essential life skills such as cooking and cleaning.

We value open communication and expect any issues to be discussed frankly. Our aim is to create a comfortable environment for all, where everyone feels like a part of our family.
