Chinese family looking for a nice helper

Hi, we are a family of 3 and would like to hire a helper to care for our 16mo baby. The person has to be caring, trustworthy, and loving. Experience in babysitting with childcare skills. Kids lover and know how to deal and care for baby. The person also needs to manage the house chores accordingly. We would like the person to start in first week of August.
