Caregiver/Helper wanted

2 adults, 4 kids and 2 pets. Main job priority: Youngest baby with high care needs, is on tracheostomy with ventilator. Helpers with pediatric or medical background/interest are preferred. Will send helper for proper caregiver training. Need helper to: - attend to baby round-the-clock - be competent in CPR - maintain good self-hygiene, baby's hygiene, medical equipments etc - practice tracheostomy care  - do oral, nasal, trach suctioning - feed via NGT 3.5 hourly - manage eczema - do physio routines Off days preferred to be flexible.  Open to vegetarians, as we do not consume non-halal food in the household.
