Canadian Family looking for SG experienced helper

We are Canadian family (Korean and Chinese) of 2 adults +1 child (4 years old). We are in 3-bedroom condo

- No infant , no pet , no car

- preferred age range of helper : prefer 28-40

- cooking well is a *MUST* (Chinese/Korean/ Asian and western dishes), can follow recipes

- experienced with childcare is required , attend the kid when we are busy with work, drop off & pick up from school. We will take care of our child’s day to day, eg  shower , sleeping etc.

- speak English well , able to communicate well

- high standards of hygiene

- able to work independently

- can do grocery shopping and wet marketing

- general cleaning in the condo, laundry, ironing

- run errands occasionally

- Sunday off and PH off

- Own room and toilet
