Burmese-American family looking for a honest helper

We live in 3 room condo, 2 cats, 2 adults, a 2year old and 1 newborn (birth in Feb 2024). 
my current helper will finish contract in Dec and need to go back to Myanmar due to family reason. I’m looking for someone who has some child care and baby care experience, flexi and work long term. 1 rest day per month. be part of the family.
