British Singaporean family looking for helper

We are a family of 2 adults, and our 13 years old sister will stay over sometimes at our 3 bedroom condo. We also have a french bulldog who is 1.5 years old and needs to be walked and played with. 

We are looking for a helper with at least 3 years experience in Singapore. We will need the helper to do general cleaning, marketing, cooking (Chinese, Western, Asian), caring for the dog,  possibly caring for children and washing the car in the future.
