British looking for Full Time Helper

I am looking for full time help. I live on my own however I work full time. The main duties would be cooking for myself and when I have guests over, cleaning, housework, ironing, grocery shopping and meal preparation.

We have a dog overseas that may be relocating back to Singapore. Therefore it is very important for you to have experience with handling medium sized / larger dogs. 

Please do not apply it you do not have any experience with dogs.
