British family looking for helper

We are a family of 4, my children are 3 and 1. we also have a small dog. living in singapore for 16 years. main responsibilities would be looking after the house, cooking dinner for the family, looking after our 1 year old during the day while parents are at work. also need to walk our dog for 4 very short walks daily in the condo. our 3 year old is in school full day, our helper will not be required to do any pickup or drop off. we would also like her to independently manage the grocery shopping and dinner planning. salary and days off are negotiable. most importantly we want someone who loves children and will be part of our family.
