British family looking for great helper

Looking for a helper that is excellent at cleaning. Must be passionate and takes pride in her job. Cleaning is essential, we are looking for someone that can handle and manage a large condo unit (2 floors, 4 bed rooms). Can take ownership of cleaning schedule around other weekly duties. We are looking for someone that is highly organised, can keep the place organised and tidy, while suggesting and being proactive on new initiatives. Good with kids, we have 2 lovely young children, 9months and 3.5 years (full time school) Good and fast with cooking, can cook their home country food well, we love Asian food especially Indonesian, healthy Asian, and western / middle eastern dishes must be able follow recipes-we will show first time. Efficient with their tasks. We don't want to micromanage so we are looking for someone that can organise their time and schedule. Attention to detail, and listens well to instructions. Common sense a MUST, happy and GOOD vibes. No dramas, no nonsense, or time-wasters. We will teach those willing to learn, if you work well you will be rewarded. Start immediate. March/ April Responsibilities will include: Childcare: School drop-offs/ pick up, Play with baby, general supervision, juggle with parents Housekeeping: Manage a house keeping it clean to a good standard, Laundry, cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuum), ironing Cooking: Preparing weekly meals for the family
