Baby care needed

We are a small family of three (my husband, myself, and our baby girl arriving in end of Mach) looking for a caring, responsible, and English-speaking helper to join our household. Both of us work full-time, with 2-3 days a week working from home.   Main focus is to take care of our newborn, including sleeping with the baby during the night, simple cooking and housework.
