Australian family looking for new helper

We are an Australian family looking for a new helper. We are two adults and 3 kids (aged 11, 13 and 15). Our two eldest children go to boarding school in Sydney and only come home for holidays. My husband Andy and I work full time and we can often travel with our jobs. We have a lovely dog Zero and a cat called Bluey. We are looking for someone who enjoys cooking and can keep our house clean and organised. We like to entertain and host friends and family so we are looking for someone who has initiative and can work well with minimal supervision.
