Aus/Chinese family looking for 2nd helper

We are Australian/Chinese with 2 kids, 5 yo boy,1 yo girl. Living in a 3 bedroom condo. I’m looking for a 2nd helper to join our family,.You need to sleep with the toddler at night. She can sleep through the night as long as she has her pacifier. And sharing other duties with my current Philippine helper. (Eg, when current helper looking after kids, you do cleaning and cooking, when current helper is preparing meals for kids, you look after kids) Look for transfer Philippine or Indonesia helper from Jan 2025 — must good at English, Chinese is a plus — must love kids, have experience with kids — safety minded, can take kids for different activities — age between 30-45 — must good at cooking — good time management, can plan and do things without supervision — must no phone while being with kids ( only can message with employer) — accept 2 days off every month or every Saturday off Salary based on your experience.
