American family looking for capable and cheerful nanny

Hi - our family is looking for a kind, honest, cheerful, smart, highly capable, well-educated and well-spoken nanny who is patient, mature and highly responsible. 

Qualifications

• Age below 40
• Healthy and energetic
• College / undergraduate degree preferred
• Have experience working in a household with young children (6-12yrs old)
• Have reference letters or able to let us speak with previous employers

We are a family of 4, kids are elementary age living in a condo in the city of Singapore

Main Tasks 

• Take a responsibility of household chores and work without supervision. This includes laundry, cleaning, cooking, organizing and tidying up the house on a regular basis 
• Take kids to and pick up from school and manage their schedule (including after school)
• Meals planning and preparation 
• Help kids with homework and study (younger elementary grades) and encourage them to do their daily chores
• Interact and play with children and manage them when we are not home 

We offer a trip home every year, Sunday and Public Holidays off. We are fair and reasonable with working hours and compensation. 

We had one helper working for us for 7yrs and the second one for 6yrs. We treat our nannies as family. Our nannies eat everything we do and they are given an option to travel with us on vacation, eating and staying at the same hotel. Our previous nanny was like a family to us and we still keep in contact.
