2 adults + 2 dogs + kids looking for a helper 👋

We are a small family with 2 medium-large dogs. I am expecting to have a baby this or next year. We are looking for a housekeeper who is trustworthy, efficient, independent, reliable, and eager to learn. Our apartment is a walk-up with 3 bedrooms, and 2 floors (no lift). Groceries are all bought online so the most physically exhausting thing for you is to walk the dogs and managing the household. We live in the East -- we are 2 mins from 112 Shopping Mall, 20 minutes from Parkway Parade. The nearest MRT is Marine Parade MRT on the TEL, which is a 7-10 mins walk away  

Household Size: 2 adults, 2 large dogs (25-28kg each), expecting a baby. Occasionally, grandma or house guests stays over in the guest room. 

Employer: Both Singaporean Chinese, English-speaking household. You are encouraged to speak to our children in Tagalog or your native tongue. 

Living allowances & quality of life: Toiletries will be covered. We will make sure you have 3 full meals a day, and snacks, cup noodles, meals for in between if you get hungry. 

Cellphone use + iPad bills will be covered by us, but you should only use the phone for work purposes during working hours. We expect you to learn how to watch YouTube videos, learn recipes, add things to redmart in the redmart app. 

Off days: one off-day weekly, but might require housekeeper to work on off-days occasionally if we’re travelling or hosting a party. Off-day requirements is simply to walk the dogs (before 9am and after you get home); curfew is at 10pm  

Separate room: yes, small separate room provided. Room has a small window, fan, and aircon. 

Main duties: taking care of dogs, general household cleaning, cooking, hosting, child caring, gardening, car washing.
