Small family looking for smart helper

We are family of 4 members, 2 parents and 2 kids 2 years and 8 years old, looking for helper with good experience and good recommendation, we would like someone warm, friendly, and kind to help with day-to-day tasks , experinced , flexible, priority is to look after cheldren , super organized who can manage all things related housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, and ironing) with ease, someone who can speak fluent English .
