The ideal candidate must have experience caring for infants and toddlers. Key Qualities: Personality:Pleasant, polite, patient, and extremely clean with a keen attention to detail. Skills: Flexible, dependable, and trustworthy. Must be willing to adapt to our family's needs and follow directions carefully. Work Ethic: Ability to work with minimal supervision, not lazy, and committed to maintaining a high standard of care and cleanliness. Communication: Must speak English very well. Cooking:Able to cook meals and perform other household chores. Additional Requirements: - Must be willing to share a room with another helper and be prepared to sleep with the infant if necessary. - Doesn’t mind micro managing. - Must be available for video interviews.
