Maid/nanny for a family with twins and involved mother

A family is looking for help. 

We are a family form Ukraine.  I am 35 years old, I have PhD degree, I used to work as professor before maternity leave. My husband is 35. My daughter is 10. She is independent girl, but sometimes a nanny should do some meal for her. Or iron her shirts.I also have 10 months twin boys. 

I need some help with housing and boys. Some day I need only help with housing , some - I am very tired if twins  do not sleep at night, so I need to have a nap and I need a nanny to take care of them. Or maybe I will need to go to grocery or doctor and leave the boys with you. I am involved mother. 

A nanny must only follow my instructions: what to feed boys, where to go, how to dress. 

But I need the most help with housing. When I take care of all my kids there is a total mess. So I need a person to do laundry or to wash bottles.

we will do only one responsibility on one time. You will or look after kids or do chores. 

the working hours from 8 a.m. till 18-19 p.m. 

live out. we will live in Arabic home Sierra compound.
