Loving family looking for help

Hi.. we are family of four members :a couple and 1 year boy, 2 years girl. I love routine and rules: so the helper doesn’t get confused and be sure what she needs to do. i live in an apartment. we treat helper as a family member as long as she is nice and friendly and cares about the job requirements! I hired a helper before but she had to leave and she always send me we were her favorite family. I hope to find a good helper who would do housekeeping (vacuum, cleaning, ironing..) and  love my kids and take good care of them. I need her as soon as possible but I can understand if she has a preferred date to start!please let me know if you are interested in the job, so we can discuss….   thank you
