Looking for a nice,organized and responsible Helper

Hello everyone, I am looking for two ladies to work in my family. I have 3 children aged 14-11 and a toddler 2 years old. The main task is to take care of the sweetie toddler girl Work starts at 6am prepare breakfast and the lunch boxes Taking them to the school My husband is usually interested in delivering the children to school and I return them in the afternoon. Housekeeping, help with cooking (I will take care of teaching oriental cooking and some favourite baked goods until you can, so you should be someone who knows the basic cooking at least.) I am looking for two Indonesian ladies to helping each other with housework. Regards
